Nice and friendly peoples
My experience at this mill was nothing but positive from the person in the shipping office and the security guard at night, absolutely professional they really know their stuff... Safety is their top priority all you got to do is follow the rules you'll be in and out before you know it!!
If you give a wrong BOL number, they tell you that your appointment is in 3 days. They don't tell you that your BOL might be wrong. I feel that shipping/receiving is the face of the company, and here the face is filled with negativity, pessimism, arrogance, crankiness, and disrespect. Finally... if your weight is over, after Friday 4 PM, you will have to wait until Monday morning 9 AM for a loader to adjust it. The loader cannot wait for 10 minutes until the truck scale is available.
