very disappointed I sold a car to a gentleman from over by state college, and due to his work schedule, we weren't able to get to Dunkle's early, we made it there just a few minutes before 5pm. The lady that waited on us, Misti, asked us if we knew they closed at 5, and I told her no I didn't, and she proceeded to ask us where we worked so she can come in at closing time to our jobs. great work The ladies in there know what they are talking about. One was dealing with tractor trailers one was dealing with Death of a family member on a sale and one was doing multiple renewals at onece. The are very well trained and helpful and definately earn there money. If you can't get someone on the phone give them a break!!!! THEY ARE SO BUSY WITH THE PEOPLE THERE HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY ANSWER THE PHONES!! They can multitask with the best of them and go from one thing to another just like that.
