George, the manager outstanding goes beyond to help People Staff needs better training. Luckily, they have a great manager named George . excellent job 👏
The worker was talking on his phone and texting the whole time. There was a long line waiting behind us with 7 other people waiting to get there food. I used to love this dunkin but this was unacceptable.
Went there early Friday morning to get an extra large peppermint mocha coffee. The sold me a coffee that was COLD. Like it’s been sitting for hours cold. The one coworker that wasn’t working the drive thru window even tried telling the other employee that it was cold and they should probably make another pot. And all I heard was the window employee go “shhh shh” and that went they handed me my coffee. I immediately sipped it and it was ice cold. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this store.
