Be careful!! My 5 year old went with my Mother. They went inside and stood there waiting for someone to come to the register. Thank God their customer service is terrible because it gave my son a chance to see Flies and gnats in the donut case. They were so grossed out that they left. And thats when someone wanted to try to help them. They need to call the health inspectors on this location.
The worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been too. Every time I go in it’s like I’m invisible. It’s always the same issue. I wait for 10 minutes and they don’t even look. I’ve tried going through the drive thru because I’ll see cars getting served quicker but than I get the wrong order. I only go because it’s convenient but I’ve literally walked out the last 4 times I went in because of the same issue.
I went into the shop and no one was available. I looked into the donut case and it was full of knats. When one of the employees passed by, I waved to let them know about knats and flies and she passed right by me. I waited for about 5 minutes to see if someone would come and no one did. I left with my grandson disappointed!
Drinks are inconsistent, I've ordered bagel minis and one had mold on it, and I just ordered Snackin bacon (which is about $4) and I received a bag that had 3 small strips of bacon in it. The blonde lady working the drive through window was openly on her phone the whole time which took a toll on her ability to concentrate because she kept rushing me and forgetting things.
