I ordered a Movie Man recliner by Ashley from Dunk and Bright in mid-January. It arrived a few weeks later. The manual lever was very difficult to use and required excessive force to get it to budge. I asked for a refund, repair or replacement. . They were going to send a repairman but he told me it would take weeks for parts to come in for it so I refused and demanded a refund or replacement. Bought a sofa and love seat, $2,331. Bought 4year protection plan. 3 months in the seat on right side material wore through. Called store and told to use protection plan. Guy came out replaced all material on right side, said it is just worn through. Spent a lot of time on replaced all material on right side. 3 months later, left side wore through, same thing.
