Dunhams has the worst customer service I have ever seen I had to call there corporate office twice to exchange a pair of shoes 48 hours after purchase the lady at the store level was very rude and accused me of trying to return used shoes they had a little dust on them
I just recently stopped into Dunhams to buy some ammo with some friends I was not only neglected to be served at the ammo counter for approximately 20 minutes I had to get on the loudspeaker to let them know that I was back there waiting patiently. we proceeded to then get ignored after a female manager asked us if she can help us with a snotty attitude. Lines were very slow managers were not happy people. Horrible shopping experience I do not plan on ever coming back to this store.

Went in to but a fishing kayak and found exact what I was looking for and at an amazing price! Plus my 25% off coupon for joining the mailing list! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the cashier and manager as well. They then helped me load it onto my car and even offered to help tie it down safely. Exceptional service Gentleman, I will definitely be back for future purchases and have already recommended your business too a few friends!
I get this 25% coupon for 1 item only but with all these exclusions there is not to much to shop for.
Not good at honoring their ads...before you shop here be sure that they explain their sales!
