Terrible customer experience, overheard an employee say to a manager "what the hell do you think I'm doing?" And then they proceeded to stay huddled up and talking as if I wasn't even there. Very unprofessional.
It was quite, no one bothered me, which was ok but no one said anything to me either, some might not like that.
