If I could give no stars, I would. I bought brooks shoes late in the evening and went to return them the next day. When I attempted to return them WITH the receipt, original box, and even in the bag they were bought in, I was told they still couldn’t do it. Customer service here sucks, they argued the whole time going and the lady said she smelled a cleaner on them and it made her sneeze. Typical Lawrence county business. Staffed mainly by lazy ignorant people who could care less. Go in to pick up an item that's on one of their "flash sales" and it's nowhere to be found even though it shows in stock on the store website. When you finally find an employee, they say oh we haven't had any of that item for weeks. Maybe months. Probably the 3rd time I've run across this at Dunham's which is why I plan to make it the last time I waste my time there.
The funnest thing, they want to charge $100 bucks for a Wilson basketball!!!! What?? Found another ball for 32.99, like come on. Really???? Do better.
