Went in yesterday at around five in the afternoon and was looking into buying a firearm. Had the person who was with me go to the front and ask for someone to come to the firearms area. Waited for a little over half an hour and still received no assistance. I will also state that the store was not busy as in maybe 3-5 total customers.
Lost receipt for a $50 set of broadheads I picked up for my crossbow. Wanted to exchange for the right one. I was told by the manager that unless I got the same brand I could not exchange them. I found a set that worked and a chair my wife found and the set I was buying were 10 dollars more. Since he would not help I left everything at check out. I won't be back, that was my goto sporting goods.
