Huge shoutout to the team and especially the woman who helped (trying to find out her name)! They spent so much time helping me find a specific pair of discontinued shoes that my mom has been looking for. She found the matching display shoe when we had almost given up and even gave me a great discount. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
I will never ever walk into a Dunhams store again after the experience I had in Saint Mary's this past Saturday. I tried to purchase a pair of shoes that clearly displayed a sign saying "sale price AS ADVERTISED 69.99" but at checkout price came out at $99.99. When I pointed this out to employee checking me out, he brought, I'm assuming, a manager, who tried to fast talk the reason that the sign did not apply to this particular pair of shoes. Bullshit. Nice, the one in st.marys is smaller it seems then Dubois. Well the ailes are small. Still nice place tho.
