My 1st gun purchase from Dunham's. Travis was very knowledgeable about the firearms. The transaction went smoothly. Very enjoyable experience. Will definitely return. Thanks Travis it was great to meet you.
Very clean store. The staff was amazing. The Store manager was so great with my kids. He was able to help us find everything we needed for soccer. Even tho it started that evening and I wanted to the wait last minute. I ll definitely will be coming back to this store.
Friendly and helpful staff. No hi pressure sales. The item I purchased was on sale but I didn't know till I checked out. 40% off. I was pleasantly surprised.
I worked in retail for over 30 years and have never felt as uncomfortable in a store as I did my last two visits. The visit before last I was followed around by a officer from the local township. And my latest visit the manager (I presume) looked at and walked by me with a look of discontent. Didn't speak or acknowledge my presence. My wife was at the counter making a purchase. Amazing customer service. I drove an hour to this store because they had a treadmill on sale in stock. I called first and the girl I spoke to confirmed it was in stock for me. Upon arrival I was asked by two different employees if I needed help with anything while shopping. After purchasing the treadmill they helped load it in my truck. Great service and extremely friendly.
