Very disappointed with service. I'm not from maysville I came to dunhams to purchase a gun was told last night manager left early wouldn't be back till in the morning. So I come all the way back up here to purchase one the next day and now I'm told still no one is here to sell a gun they would be in later if I wanted to check back later this evening. Sadly I can't give them 0 stars, in summary, we bought an airsoft gun set of rifle and hand gun, I knew it wasn't a top quality product but had good reviews and it was for a one time use, the guy who sold me the gun told me people returned those things all the time for lack of power, I decided to take my chances, bought the set on Friday, we test it that same Friday as soon as we got home, it worked OK, did some target shooting, all good, next day Saturday was the event, the stock of the rifle broke within 20 minutes of usin... read more
The cashier at the Columbia tn store is extremely rude !!!!! Older guy with a mullet , you need to find a new job ! Wish I could leave less than 1 star
I purchased 3 adult bikes, waited over a week for assembly. When finally got them home I decided to try them out, 3 out of 3 were not aligned properly, chains rubbing, gears skipping, cracked chain cover, tire not evenly in wheel frame. Terrible job with the assembly. When I called to mention these issues, I was told "I could return them, or bring them back and wait for the assembler which they had no idea of when he might be back."
