Bought a kayak (my 4th from this store) had a horrible experience on it very tippy, drain plugs submerged below the water line making the whole deck covered in water, i asked to exchange it 6 hrs after purchase, but was told since i put it in water and its not a defect and just a bad product theres nothing they could do. Lost a loyal customer whos spent thousands in this store alone.
Came into the store with a return. Cashier looked at me as I entered, rolled her eyes, no greeting. Cold customer service throughout the entire transaction. Haven't had this type off experience in a while...couldn't help but to think was I the wrong nationality for her liking? Businesses need to do better selecting staff to represent their brand. Definitely will not shop at this store again nor will I recommend.
