Absolutely LOVE having this store so closeby. I hike and travel a lot and Dunhams in Athens is my favorite place to get everything outdoorsy that i need. The prices are so good that I always go there first and usually don't have to go anywhere else for hiking gear.
This is a good place to go for men's jeans at a very reasonable price. And they have a pretty good selection of ammo. Although as well as everything else in this country it's kind of pricey.
Not one employee working there knows how to work the register. It’s honestly ridiculous how they can’t do returns, coupons, help with shoes, guns, or even check out. I’m not sure what the employees actually do other than request help from someone else who also doesn’t know anything.
Call before you go, especially if you see something online. Also while asking for help the two ladies that was working on 6/28 act as if I was bothering them when I asked for help. The front end was unattended for about 10 minutes while my son and I had to walk around and find help!
All around nice sports store. There was not any customer service people in the store to help you. We did find some sneakers and a Hoodia on sale. The store feels very crowded and can use some clean up. Our cashier was kind and no issues.
