They have a ton of merchandise, just not the easiest to locate, and finding an employee can be challenging.
I shop at the Alex store often. Large selection of many Items, except golf clubs. Weekly ad shows many clubs on sale but not at the Alex store. The golf area corner is usually a mess. 6 months ago I asked to try on a few pair of jeans. The changing room was very dirty with trash on the floor and looked like it was swept out.
