Dunhams return policy – After a first ever disappointment with New Balances and the new 845 walking shoes, caused by bad heel alignment in the shoe itself, I learned as a Florida resident I cannot UPS a return and I have 30 days to do it in person. This is unreasonable for visitors to Michigan stuck wit a bad shoe. I have worn New Balance for years and this is a first.
