They have a very good selection of products. If there's something that's not in stock they can get it within a matter of a couple days. All the people we worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Great people, a very good selection, and priced reasonably. And their own people delivered it and did a first-rate job. Really what's not to like.
They purchase their merchandise and resell it, like any other store. Unfortunately, the lack of variety along with the sadly outdated look makes shopping online more attractive to the modern consumer. Would honestly be better to rent out half the retail store property to another business that can offer a better experience.
