Dunham owns a Title company. Enough said there, really. I have hired lawyers before and not ones who own Title companies. I don't believe his Title company prepared my settlement statement correctly. I didn't see the settlement statement prior to closing and I questioned it at closing and got no answers. Griffin Dunham uses his law degree to intimidate you, in my opinion, saying you have to try suing him if you want your money back. They have quite the set up.
