Dungarees exceeded my expectations with my first order. For one even with the exchange rate buying Carhartt here was cheaper than buying in Canada. The main point here is their awesome customer service. I'm always scared ordering from United States as someone who lives in Canada as when there's issues it's always a big hassle. Not with Dungarees. I had an issue with a couple of hats coming creased from the shipping. I asked if they could help me with the return as they don't offer free shipping from Canada. I had some issues with an order that I placed. I ordered factory 2nds, meaning the items had some sort of defect. This was expected, however, the items were also sized incorrectly. I'm giving Dungarees 5 stars because after my initial review stating my disdain with incorrect sizing, they reached out to me and told me sizing should NOT be an issue with factory 2nds.
