They were nicest people I have come in contact with in a while. They were helpful and kind and I would work with again anytime.
Dunfee’s saved us last week on vacation in Pigeon Forge. Our car’s transmission failed and we were due to return to Ohio in less than two days. Dunfee’s immediately offered to help, driving a rental to our location and dropping it off to us. We had to get a one-way rental later the next day and our pickup time for the new rental was going to be a few hours after our Dunfee car was due back. We called at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon after experiencing car issues and needing to get a car asap to fit 7 people, I had little hope but was recommended to call dunfees and so glad I did as they had a vehicle to fit all of us, were able to drop it off and pick it up from the location we were at and made the process so easy! Definitely would know who to call if I ever needed another rental in the area.
Dunfee’s went above and beyond to help us with a rental car while on vacation when we had unexpected car trouble! They responded quickly and were extremely flexible when the date of repair for our car kept getting pushed back! HIGHLY recommended using them!
