We visited this auto sale to check out a Volkswagen Tiguan. The staff in the office provided us the keys and told us we could inspect the vehicle. However, while we were reviewing the car, another person from the business approached us very aggressively, used offensive language, and told us to leave in a hostile manner. The situation escalated unexpectedly despite us having permission to look at the vehicle. We felt unsafe and decided to leave immediately. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.
The owner is a very kind person and has great customer service. Great company.
Our family visited Sevierville during New Years week and unexpectedly found ourselves in the local Firestone repair shop getting a new CV front axle. Parts weren’t readily available so we found ourselves without a vehicle potentially until Gordon from Firestone helped connect us with Tina and Dunfee’s. What a life saver!
