People who stay with us at Pigeon Forge RV Resort always have problems renting a vehicle from Enterprise. Our customer contacted Dunfee's and they brought a car to our campground on a Sunday night! I’ve just had the worst car rental experience of my life, and I travel a lot. If you rent from this company and you have problems, be prepared for them to downplay them or deny they exist. They charged me $120 Per Day…Total was about $550 for 4 days. I thought for that price I surely would be getting a newer vehicle. We had an excellent experience with Dunfee’s Auto Rentals! They were friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed. We visited this auto sale to check out a Volkswagen Tiguan. The staff in the office provided us the keys and told us we could inspect the vehicle. However, while we were reviewing the car, another person from the business approached us very aggressively, used offensive language, and told us to leave in a hostile manner. The situation escalated unexpectedly despite us having permission to look at the vehicle. We felt unsafe and decided to leave immediately. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.
The owner is a very kind person and has great customer service. Great company.
