The shop was good & we selected a number of products to buy. We went to the till & the assistant added it up , never asked how we were paying & shoved a card machine towards us & said there before turning to chat with colleagues I was paying part by gift card & had to say to her , would you like to pay attention . Ever after she took the voucher she was still taking & ignoring us I appologise to being a burden to dunelm & in future wil try not to interrupt your rude & unprofessional staff by avoiding your stores like the pla... read more
Fabulous store with lots of lovely bedding, household items, bric a brac etc.. as well as a lovely cafe. Free parking. Click and collect also available online. I would recommend.
