Trying to donate an item i got from here since I am moving out and trying to contribute to sustainability . However, they told me that they are not taking it as they can only earn 10 pound from it and keep on emphasising on how they have to put gas in the van and how it isn’t free for them etc. On one hand, I understand that gas does cost money. Irene in the shop is a pure professional. She really cares about people, very kind-hearted, but also brilliant at what she does in looking after the Transform Furniture shop. She's absolutely fantastic and I really feel like this needs recognised.
We went into shop today they don't have electrical items but the lady could not have been more helpful phoning places for us to visit she is a credit to the shop well done
