Third attempt and was able to find someone to help me. Had to travel from 37th all the way to 61st. When I was there a manager greeted someone by name and asked if they wanted coffee. So, there is a way to get good customer service; maybe you just need to be a lot of money. Definitely will not be returning to this bank for my more complex financial products / services needs.
