Online banking is always broken so you have to go into a physical location and wait while the tellers finish their conversations to help you, then they act inconvenienced and rude through the duration of the transaction. I have never been “in and out” at any location. They’re really working at their own pace. Very unhelpful terrible terrible bank. It’s a shame that THIS is our local bank.
Really don't listen when requests are made. We switched from Wells Fargo to this bank and really wish we hadn't. Won't stay long.
