There aren't enough words to express our gratitude to the staff of the Dundas Manor where our Dad was a resident for only 6 short weeks. In that time his care was stellar and he was treated with the utmost dignity and respect despite his physical and mental challenges. Hannah north (kitchen worker) has shared with me some horrendous things about where she works. This is where she works. The level of elder abuse that happens behind closed doors here is baffling to say the least. They let a resident strike out for two full days before doing anything. They let unlicensed and ill educated people dole out narcotics. Protect your family from them.
