I walked in today needing a document urgently notarized for service Ontario. The lawyer stated he could not assist as he needed to "leave". Little explanation or assistance was given. Advising of a later time to come back or a method to book an appointment would have helped. I understand covid is changing procedures everywhere but some compassion and communication go a long way.
