Ive been going to Jess for a little over a year, from hands on to prehab, to post surgery physio. Through many ups and downs in recovery, shes had my back the whole time, wanting me to get the best mobility in my knee and be as pain free as possible for me. Im so immensely greatful for how helpful and supportive she has been this year.
Emily and Les are both amazing and very thorough. I have been coming here on and off for 10+ years and still see great results every time I come. Both my kids now see them as well. AMAZING!

She explains everything clearly and is always so friendly and supportive. Thanks to her, I’ve seen real progress and feel much more confident in my recovery. I can’t recommend Jessica enough – she’s fantastic at what she does!
This is a fantastic physiotherapy clinic, which is made even better by the quality of its staff. Jessica Thompson is extremely knowledgeable and takes such pride in her practice / work which ensures that she delivers outstanding results for her patients. This together with her friendly and caring nature guarantee that her sessions are welcoming, supportive and conducive to positive results. I cannot recommend her enough if you are in need!
