Customer service person Kristen basically called me a liar. My new feeder I had just purchased from them was faulty. Something was wrong with the parts because the seeds just ran through the feeder onto the ground. She had me take pics. and email to her. I actually sent a video, also. (She said she didn’t see the video..) Nothing bounced back to me…I ended up calling three times while waiting on hold forever. Don’t order from Duncraft! I want to give them 0 stars but it won’t let me. I’m told over and over it will be 12-14 days for shipping. That is absurd and not even true. I ordered one item 19 days ago and it has not shipped yet. The worst part is no one will give me and answer as to when it will ship. NO ONE! I want to cancel my order and no one will respond to that request either. Avoid Duncraft and order from Wild Birds Unlimited or anyone else! Horrible, horrible customer service.
Look like a good product, but don't believe their shipping times. Kind of amazing that they apologize for delays, and promise to get the item shipped in 12 BUSINESS DAYS. Two weeks!!?? It's been a lot more than that for me. I will avoid them in the future. I mean, geez, if you're getting a lot of orders just hire someone who knows how to stick addresses on boxes!
