Worst support ever! Seems like a big scam. I ordered yoyos for almost 200$ but when I received them one had a bend axle and vibe. They answered my inital inquiry, told me it was no problem and that they will send me a new one. After that they never replied. Same on two(!) other occasions. I opened a new ticket, they replied, said they were sorry, then never answered me again. There are a lot great yoyo companies out there, unfortunately the OG isn't one of them..
Just used 37 original Duncan Imperial Yo-Yo's for our comference's team-building exercise...so creative and so much fun! (Wish I was quick enough to snap a pic of adults-as-5yr-olds)
