Duncan Linton firm is epitome if greed. Their lawyer threatened to take legal action for meagre $400 from old client who came for help during their umemployment time. Instead of giving a reminder they just sent a letter with proceedings. What a crazy world we are in now!
Careful with this firm. First they won't provide any estimate or any fee and no retainer will be signed. Even if you do not use their draft they will slap you with exorbitant fee. Ashon's 1 page letter fee was $2200 and I had to challenge their fee in the court and they knew they were at fault and settled at 50%. What a shame.
