Steve Duncan was very courteous and prepared my will after a couple of emails to my fullest satisfaction. All my questions were answered thouroughly. The only possible improvement I can think of, is giving the clients more different ways to pay, e.g. with PayPal. Other than that, I can only recommend Mr. Duncan!
