I used Holly Duncan, for my divorce and I ended up having to work with her long distance because I had already moved out of state. She was attentive effective and available. I know lawyers can have a certain stigma to them, but I always felt Holly was upfront and honest with me. Her fees are very fair and I would highly recommend her to any close friend or family member.
I would not recommend this business for representation. I hired Nicole Duncan to represent me for a family law divorce case. Over the 8 months that I did business with her she never got me any child support. This put myself and children living on borrowed money and at risk for trying to meet daily living expenses. She recommended that a temporary orders hearing be vacated and stated if I had waited then I would have received more money at the permanent orders hearing.
