They treat their clients as cash cows only. I have been trying to settle a matter with them (lawyer Fiona Ellington) for 8 years without success. The estate that she represents has been her client for 8 years now, imagine how much she has milked them for. As 1 example, she asked for an appraisal of the property recently, which I obliged, even though it has been done 4-5 times in the past. Terrible public service. They represent the City of Edmonton in legality. It’s been 2 months since I’ve been trying to close a payment, they don’t respond. I’ve went in person , left voicemails , called them , emailed. Overall completely are Unprofessional with stuck up attitudes, these female employees are careless.
12 years after my injury claim,I suffer from arthritis, I have nerve damage,PDS due to the accident that was not caused by me.My settlement was so minor I suffered financially, mentally and physically..I do not recommend this company for accidentally injuries.
