I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received. Our scheduled transportation never arrived on time, and to make matters worse, we didn’t receive any call or notification about the delay. This lack of communication is unprofessional for Corey Boyd and the company itself.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dunavant Logistics, specifically dealing with Corey Boyd. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and overall the process felt disorganized and frustrating. Expectations were not clearly set, and when issues came up, there was little effort to resolve them in a timely or respectful manner. In an industry where reliability and trust matter, this experience fell well short. I would strongly recommend looking at other options before choosing this company.
If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. This was an absolute disaster. We waited for over an hour for this delivery. Once “Corey Boyd” finally showed up he acted like it was our fault. Not cool bro. Sorry the world doesn’t revolve around “Dunavant Logistics Group LLC” buddy. Then you have the audacity to leave a 1 star review on us??? I mean come on bro. This is the best damn tire company on planet earth. We get to work on time unlike you. You can go skip rocks lil dog.
We had a very poor experience with Dunavant Logistics. Their driver, Corey Boyd, arrived over an hour late to a scheduled appointment. When the delivery had to be rescheduled due to his delay, he responded unprofessionally and went as far as posting a negative review about our company, despite the situation being entirely caused by his own actions.
