This company is a monopolistic dinosaur that hoards public information. Thankfully they do offer a 'free' option for updating your own public information.
The used a phone number that wasn't ours - so I contacted them and went through the update process to have them update our account to have the right phone number on file. They sent me a "We could not update your account email" a few days later. Why does this have to be so hard?
Company full of witless jackasses. We have been trying to get our listing corrected multiple times over the last two months. We are assured it will only take a couple of days. Never changes. The DandB update site refuses the corrections. Then we get another call from the pay to play scumbags, once again assuring us it will be corrected. Just as bad as the monopolistic Google.
