Jo and Hamed from Dumonde Delivery were amazing! Super professional, right on time, and made the whole process of delivering and setting up our OSIM massage chair in the upstairs bedroom completely stress-free. True white glove service from start to finish — they handled everything with care and cleaned up removed all boxes and packing. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The delivery team at DuMonde is beyond 5 stars. They were punctual, professional, courteous and went way over and beyond to help set both my OSIM chairs exactly where I wanted. This included moving one chair into a room in the basement where Ola and JD paid special attention to objects including picture frames which may be in the way and helped me remove them. They took their time to ensure not to scratch the walls or floors - all with a smile on their face. I would highly recommend...this is beyond 5 star service. Thank you... read more

Jo and Amit did an excellent job delivering the OSIM uDream. I live in a condo with a narrow hallway entrance, a fixed shoe cabinet, and multiple tight turns leading to my living room. The delivery was supposed to be challenging, but they made it look effortless. Professional and courteous too.
