I've been using Paul check cashing in Dumfries for years .I've never had an issue , Paul and his staff are great .
They refused to cash my check. The woman working at the desk took a picture of my ID and my check, sent them to someone in a text message, and then denied the transaction. She did this without asking and when I asked her to show me what she sent, she had numerous pictures of other people's checks. I'm not sure if this is normal or what she is doing with these pictures, but I will file charges if my check has been tampered with.
