One of the worst experiences of my life. Movers showed up late, without the boxes that I had purchased and in a van (not a truck). The movers took 7 hours to move out my one bedroom damaging a wooden nightstand in the process. When I asked them to replace the $150 CB2 Item (a small amount of money based on the total move), they pointed to obscure language in the contract that only covers $0.06 per lb.
