Simply the best!!!
The group exercise classes work the whole body to your abilities. Steven does a great job by training you to your level while having fun! I can highly recommend him as a physiotherapist, too.
Dave is amazing at what he does, super knowledgeable and always gives great exercises and hints and tips to do at home. I have had ongoing back issues for years and he was the first one who got me up and moving within a week, I have moved out of the area but go out of my way to come see him when needed. Thank you Dave!
Dave sorted out a tendon issue for me and gave me some tips to prevent it happening again. Great Physiotherapist who I highly recommend.
