Set up for tradies. Difficult to find small tins for diy.
The team at Springvale are excellent. Customer care and knowledge of products is A1. It id not their fault but the ‘ middle tier’ painters are getting forgotten by the reps who have too many companies on their books to help you- they do their best. Too many of the smaller to medium guys with one - three workers are being lost ( deliberately?) in the system. If you haven’t had your prices looked at recently- you’re probably paying too much. Friendly staff, but the lady working there doesn't know anything about painting. She doesn't explain anything. And if the order was wrong they will get back to you "We are not responsible, we are trade shop and you should know". If every know everything about painting they will open their own store. Not denying the staff is friendly.
