I wasn’t happy with customer service Especially for lady seller
Was there on Monday, picked up my product and went to the cash register to pay. The lady at the counter totally blanked me like I wasn't there. Incredibly rude. Fortunately another staff member saw this and offered to help. She was friendly as one would expect (otherwise would have been one star).
Terrible experience. Their trade account pricing is a joke—way more expensive than Bunnings. A total letdown. Don't waste your time here.
I visted on this Tuesday. I had a mixed experience at this place. One of the female staff members was not very friendly or attentive during my visit. The service felt a bit rushed and lacked the usual level of professionalism I would expect. I hope the management can look into this and improve the overall customer service experience.
