I give it a two star only for the fact the other staff that work there are helpful each time I’ve gone in. So so helpful! But 1 star and less for this one guy! Unsure why you’re so sour buddy, if you hate your job just retire… I asked him for his opinion colour matching a paint card to a plastic rock climbing attachment for a kids cubby, he scoffed, rolled his eyes, basically laughed and said “well that’s subjective, I can’t make that decision” mate you work in a paint shop, that’s literally your job to assist customers. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I Stood in the store for ten minutes with no one approaching me and asking if they could help with anything. Ha - and not one other customer in store. One man walked past me and responded with “hi” after I said hello to him and kept walking into a room. 4 men in the store at the time. Pathetic and will not be returning. Their competitor up the road “Haymes” is absolutely brilliant on the other hand, they actually referred me to Dulux regarding a type of paint I was after. I actually ... read more
