Can't complain about the service, because there isn't any.
I sent their repair center my Titan 650e sprayer for repair as it wasn't building pressure and taking in very small amount of paint. They gave me a quote for repair which was $943 showing lots of spare parts needed to repair it, including the piston and repack kit plus few other unnecessary stuff. Image of quote attached.
