Rude staff, lack of customer skills
Just wanted to thank the guys at Dulux - Browns plains Peta - great customer care - sorted all my questions. Sienna - what a star - excellent product knowledge - warm and friendly ( a welcome change) Keep up the good work guys ( great experience to deal with friendly people that care and want to help).
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Sienna from Dulux Trade Centre Browns Plains - talk about solutions-oriented, what a star employee you have there. Sienna helped fix two problems I had with my orders (my fault) in two days, and all with a smile on her face, a cheery disposition and best yet - a solution to my problems. She's a keeper :)
