I sent their repair center my Titan 650e sprayer for repair as it wasn't building pressure and taking in very small amount of paint. They gave me a quote for repair which was $943 showing lots of spare parts needed to repair it, including the piston and repack kit plus few other unnecessary stuff. Image of quote attached. Rude staff, lack of customer skills

Sienna - what a star - excellent product knowledge - warm and friendly ( a welcome change) Keep up the good work guys ( great experience to deal with friendly people that care and want to help).
