Very disappointed. Customer service was non existent and staff appeared to be either untrained or unwilling to help. Fully aware they couldn't provide colour consultation, we just wanted to better understand difference between two very similar colours (they didn't have swatches for these colours so we couldn't compare next to each other). Most paint shops I've been to have staff who understand RGB values and undertones and whether one is more blue or green, but the fella here couldn't do that.
