⭐ 1 Star I strongly recommend avoiding this store. I had an extremely disturbing experience with the manager and staff. Their behaviour towards me was extremely disrespectful, rude and completely unacceptable. What happened went far beyond poor customer service — I was physically assaulted at the store, and I suffered swelling and pain to my face afterwards. What an experience I won't forget! The product recommended with the tools to use it was so easy, the Sales Person's wife & child have applied it to two bathrooms. Happy they provided a good solution to change the colour of my shower base, I purchased the products & went home to apply it resulting in a disaster. Went to get some epoxy tiner the guy at the counter asked me what kind of paint is it doyouhave a photo what you going to paint with it were did you get the paint , I got a bit p,,,of two pack epoxy how many deferent thinners are they answer only one I started asking questions he did not have epoxy thinner? Had a really disappointing experience here. One of the staff members was straight up rude to my friend no excuse for that kind of attitude when you’re just asking questions. On top of that, the paint quality was honestly terrible. Patchy coverage, weird consistency and didn’t even hold up after drying. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
