After the change in ownership, prices for all alcoholic beverages were raised, and many of the items that were previously offered have become difficult to find. When something is unavailable, staff simply state that it is “sold out” and advise placing a new order. Unfortunately, there is no longer a compelling reason to visit this establishment; I recommend choosing another venue.
Horrible customer service: On 8/11, I called in and spoke to a woman to ask if they have wray and nephew rum in stock. She said no, and that they would have to order it for me and that it would be in by 8/14. She asked me how many bottles that I needed. I said I just needed to, but she said that she would have to order a whole case. I asked her twice to confirm that it would be in on 8/14, she said yes.
