I and my family went on vacation and needed a car service with a carseat from Reagan Airport to get back home. I contacted DullesFlyer and Jay, the manager helped me with the booking and arranged the driver for me. My flight unfortunately got delayed 3 hours due to the DCA airport security so we didn't arrive until late. The first driver couldn't wait that long so he had to leave. It was a pleasure to ride with Jay. He knew the absolute best way to get to BWI from my home. He was on time, contacted me prior to pick up so I would not worry
The driver was prompt, courteous, professional and went above and beyond for an early morning ride! He helped an elderly passenger with luggage and loaded and unloaded everything on her behalf and got her there on time for her 6am flight. Vehicle was clean and ride was smooth. Communication was good prior to the appointment. 10/10, would recommend and book again!
Jay got me to Dulles in the ice storm, with great courtesy, no stress and very safely. And we had a delightful conversation! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!!!
