Duke's Chandlery is NOT OPEN right now. Apparently they are moving to a different location and will be reopening June 1st. Just trying to save other people the drive. I paid a bridge toll and everything just to find that out.
A very loud shout out to Michael who saved our trip. I am in Coupeville Wa (check out where that is) about to boat through deception pass to enter the U.S San Juan Islands. I am fooling around with my Raymarine C80 and broke a pin on one of the connections to the Unit. Unfortunately it controlled depth. Anyone who boats these waters knows you need that for a happier trip. There really is not a fix for this and Raymarine no longer supports this product. Duke's is a wonderland! We've found some incredible treasures for our boat here, and that's just the beginning. Michael is delightfully engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. He's given us great tips for our sailboat and helped us identify workable alternate parts. Even more valuable, he's very generous with his knowledge of how to assess marine quality.
