Went to this facility for pre-employment drug screen and physical… Wonderful receptionist..so kind and friendly. I then met Samuel, the tech who was excellent and what a joy to speak with. I also met Dr. Case… Again, so nice to speak with. What a pleasant demeanor everybody has here. You can tell they anll enjoy working at this facility they seem to gel very well. I felt very welcome here.
From front checkin to the Male Nurse that took my drug test ,vital etc . and Dr. I had an excellent visit
I met with Dr. Case with a complicated Long Term Disability case. He was very generous with his time, asking insightful questions to get at the heart of the issue. Leaving the interview I really felt heard. I had been struggling with this issue for three years. Today I received his evaluation. It was professional, it was thorough, it included details even from the interview itself. And it was delivered well ahead of promised timelines. It is really hard to find a good doctor with solid experience and a staff that listens with patience to the patient. Funny play on words but maybe that’s important. My experience here was I was in an emergency and needed to get seen in a week or my pay would suffer and my employer would have to shuffle people around. The VA would not help me. Doctor Case and his Asst Med Director / Admin Nurse Miranda made it happen. I brought all records and leaned forward to provide them everything and same day service. Office was quiet. C... read more
