I’d love to give 5 but our boat has set on his lot for 3 weeks now and not so much as a phone call with a diagnose… now my boat was like the first one in line after he came back from vacation… he said he promised he’d call me on a certain day with the info on the repair. No phone call no nothing. My boat still not been moved in the shop yet!!! I am a very very unhappy customer I will be taking my boat elsewhere now I have my vacation but no boat… bad business
Awesome people and very knowledgeable. Another dealer in town didn’t do their job properly and when we realized it, a neighbor referred us to Dukes. Mr. Jerry got us in immediately and saved us from having to buy a new engine. He went above and beyond our expectations. I give them 10 stars!
