My initial contact with Jordan went very well with an initial email of required documents. I requested he resend me the document upload link. After me writing several emails and calling, I gave up and never heard from him again. It became too close to tax season.
Horrible experience. Not helpful at all. Never answers or calls back. Really messed up my personal taxes and destroyed my business taxes. Do not recommend!
