I had a tough personal back dated tax issue that I could not figure out. I took it to Duke City. They were nice and seemed to be confident they could help. I was a little worried because the office was a mess. They must have been clearing files because the conference room had piles of papers all over he tables and floor in sorting piles. I trusted them anyway. I provided the work in July and fI nslly got it back in September. My complaint is they don't return calls. He said it would take a few weeks. Kirk has been phenomenal to work with. Setting time before the busy season to work through what will come of tax time and the busy season. Responsive to inquiries for information, knowledge, and a process standpoint. Manages expectations along with understanding of respective sides variables of work.
